Pillars of Society
Phineas Redmond, Esq.
Attorney... kind of. Professional Representative... more or less. Loyal friend... without question. Unredeemable lecher... goes without saying.
A native of American Samoa, Phineas Redmond was adopted as an infant and brought to Chicago. A raucous childhood and adolescence marked by huge successes in activities of interest— girls, debate, rugby— and a near complete failure in all things pertaining to decorum well-prepared him for a life as a member of the bar.
His education was interrupted by the First World War.
Phin served in France and was wounded in action. He became fast friends with one Montgomery Harkness, the ambulance driver who drove into hostile territory to retrieve him. Their friendship survived the war, blossoming through correspondence while Phineas attended college and then law school.
He now serves as Monty Harkness’ lawyer and agent, among other things— such as drinking partner, wingman, and lightning rod for all manner of shenanigans.
